Angel Inspired Wedding Garter

This past week I designed two new garters for the collection. One of them is called the "Angel" garter, named for its Angel-inspired design. It is made of one very soft, simple white velvet elastic band with a single rhinestone at the center. Hanging from the rhinestone embellishment is a tiny rhinestone chain with one single white feather at the end of it. I think this garter is extremely pretty in its simplicity and feather lightness.
