Winter Wedding Garter + Inspiration

I found this inspiration board on Etsy a few days ago, and was pleasantly surprised to see that the December garter was included with it. If you are a winter bride, or just need a something blue, this garter is perfect. It is made of an ice blue dupioni silk ribbon, polka-dotted english netting, white double faced satin ribbon bow, and hanging snowflake pendant. Ice-queen-tastic. Couture Wedding Garters

Two entire Alexandre Desplat albums and two cups of coffee later and I have officially finished putting up the newest La Gartier garters to the "Garters" page. There are eight new couture La Gartier garters up as of right now, each with her own appeal and style. One of them is a simple toss garter option, as this has been much needed over the past few months for brides who want a simple toss away to match their keepsake. The others include the Pierce (personal fav), the Cherish, the Janie, the Rhianna, the Sydney, the Marina and the Janice.

Real Wedding Garter: Crystal and David

I opened my inbox this morning to my favorite type of email: real wedding pics of one of my bride's with her garter!!  A few months ago Wanda Shipp contacted me, wanting to buy her stepdaughter a gift for her bridal shower. She decided upon the "Carrie" garter and told me that although the wedding was a quite a few months away, she would be sure to send pictures of her daughter with her garter afterward. I was delighted because one, I am always on the look out for real wedding photos and two, her stepdaughter was set to have a beautiful destination wedding in Ireland. Suffice to say, I was happy to see an email from Wanda this morning! The photos are so lovely I am posting them below!! Thank you Wanda and congratulations Crystal!
