Penn State Garter

This past week, I designed about fourteen collegiate garters for an upcoming "collegiate garter" photoshoot. One of them was my new Penn State Wedding Garter. I made it out of an authentic navy blue Penn State ribbon and trimmed it with ivory organza. In the center is an ivory double-faced satin ribbon bow and a hanging "P" initial charm that the bride can customize to her liking!!! Gotta love personalization, eh?
