Los Angeles Lakers Wedding Garter

This week I had the pleasure of designing a Los Angeles Lakers inspired wedding garter for La Gartier's newest bride Hillary Tempton. She decided to place a custom wedding garter order after looking through a few different styles of Los Angeles Lakers wedding garter designs and finding nothing she liked. She told me she wanted a classic LA Lakers look but with a hint of elegance. To accomodate her request, I designed her garter using an authentic LA Lakers printed grosgrain ribbon but left off the lace in order to make it more modern. To add elegance, I used a glamorous, sparkling rhinestone embellishment at the center. Below is a picture of the finished product. Thank you so much for contacting me Hillary! Something Blue Bridal Show Los Angeles + La Gartier

La Gartier is happy to be travelling to Los Angeles this upcoming January to be apart of the ultra-chic bridal show Something Blue. Something Blue is a boutique size wedding event showcasing some of the hottest trends happening right now in the land of weddings. Karla Randolph, the show's founder, created Something Blue with the idea that wedding shows should feel younger and more energetic than the average wedding show we all know so well. You know, that hotel ball room convention show that showcases card tables draped with tablecloths more than anything? Something Blue was created to be exactly opposite. In January, Something Blue will be making its debut in West Hollywood and La Gartier is packing up its bags, hopping on a plane, and eating airline peanuts to be apart of it. Exciting, exciting, exciting.
